Overnight Oats

Today I’m going to share with you my go-to breakfast meal – overnight oats. I love this recipe because it is so versatile – you can change up your toppings to keep the flavour exciting all week long. The recipe I picked to share is banana cinnamon but feel free to use berries, honey, and nuts to mix things up.


1 Mason jar

1/3 cup rolled oats

¼ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup Almond milk

1 TBP Chia seeds

¼ Tsp cinnamon

½ banana
